If you would like to return a product that you purchased on Coutart.com, please follow these steps:

1- Visit our return page here.

2- Enter your order number: See order confirmation email or go to your orders page here.

3- Enter your zip code: This is the shipping zip ode for the order.

4- Select the item(s) you would like to return.

5- Select the reason for returning the item(s)

6- Click on the Submit button.

5- Follow the screen instructions to print your label.

6- Make sure that the product is in the same condition and original packages as when you received it.

7- Make sure the product(s) is/are well packaged and that the package is sealed properly.

8- Remove any old labels on the box and put the return label on the box.

9- Send it back to us.

10- Use the tracking number to track your package.

Refunds

Once we receive the package and everything is in good condition, we will proceed with a refund or an exchange as you specified in the return steps above.

Return Policy

You may return unworn, unaltered and non damaged items purchased from Coutart.com for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not offer an exchange service through our website Coutart.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, please place a new order through our online shop.

Other Return & Refund Details

We will automatically refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Returns take 1-3 business days to process after our warehouse receives them.

Our return labels use ground shipping.

If you would like to receive store credit for a return made within 30 days, please click here.

Return shipping for domestic orders is always free. To obtain a label, please follow these steps.

We will send an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.

Please note that we do not accept returns of Coutart items purchased from third-party retailers.
Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.

U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO)

For orders returned from U.S. territories or military bases (APO/DPO/FPO), please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping and processing.
